Maintenance and Capital projects for the 2017 Olefins Shutdown.
§ Acumen Fuse – Conduct optimization meetings with Operations, Daily Maintenance and Capital Project
teams during the pre-planning portions as the full scope is identified. As schedules are optimized along
each phase of the project, utilize the diagnostic tools of Acumen Fuse to verify are truly obtainable.
§ Review and analyze the project’s schedule performance using Critical Path Method (CPM). Determine
the effects of any changes and identify path forwards.
§ Earned Value Management updates for completed and progressed activities. Tracking the completion
of tasks and activities of contractors.
§ Tracking and reporting on productivity from the data collected in the Earned Value System. This provided
us the data to analyst productivity for individual crews and their associated area. Allowing to accurately
forecast schedule cost and schedule.
§ Administer schedule update and change process standards to all contractors for accurate progress
updates and data integrity.
